II. JOB DESCRIPTION AND GUIDELINES
a. Programming software projects: web, application, mobile;
b. Design and development of software modules using programming languages: Java, PHP, Android, iOS, PL / SQL, .Net, ...;
c. Perform software upgrades as required;
d. Support in the process of project implementation.
III JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related Field
- Skills and knowledge of Java programming CORE, PHP, Android, iOS, Struts, Hibernate, Spring, PL / SQL, JSP, JSF, Primefaces ...;
- Knowledge of database management systems like Oracle, MySQL, DB2, MSSQL
- Knowledge of software deployment on the LINUX platform
- Experience working in software engineering;
- Ability to work independently and teamwork.
- Knowing and understanding of the Java programming is an added advantage;

DEPUTY MANAGER OF CORE MOBILE DEPT
- Design and estimate network:
- Make KPI report to issue traffic profile and customer behaviour.
- Co-work with vendor to install, configure to integrate new network node on requested time
- Execute CR from units of company: Check DT in CR, monitor and control over the execution of CR, system change to ensure network safety..
- Control or join to solve problem in NSS division directly.
- Update, manage the network topology, network date and network resource utilization (include resource utilization, licence, connectivity co-ordinate, resource occupied rate
- Implement daily checklist
- Prepare detail DT and rescue method for NSS division monthly.
- Implement maintenance plan, simulative problem plan which are approved according to regulation of Viettel Group quarterly.
- Monitor and optimise KPI, alarm of VMSC/GMSC and HLR daily and propose method to solve.
- Make report about network quality according to directions of Viettel Group for NSS division monthly.
- Organise staffs to solve complaint from customer transferred from customer care center and NOC department daily.
- Directly analyse the problem cause and propose solution for wide interrupted information breakdown.
